Just after the Spring Festival holiday, on February 6, Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) held a concentrated start-up event for major projects in the first quarter of 2025, clearly conveying the concept of "projects are king". A total of 34 projects participated in this concentrated start-up and signing event, with a total planned investment of about 8.8 billion yuan, including 27 concentrated construction projects and 7 concentrated signing industrial investment projects, covering zero-magnetic medical, artificial intelligence, application software, intelligent Internet of Things, infrastructure, public services, people's livelihood security and other fields.
"Stable start", what to fight for? First of all, the innovation ecosystem around the large scientific facility that Binjiang is building will usher in new progress. In the first quarter, the zero-magnetic medical equipment production base project will start construction. The total construction area of ​​the project is about 14,864 square meters, with a planned total investment of about 120 million yuan. It is mainly for industrial production, research and development workshops. After completion, it will be used as a zero-magnetic medical equipment production base.
"The east side of the project will be completed this year and will become the first production project of the International Zero-Magnetic Science Valley. At that time, it will provide a space carrier for the transformation of zero-magnetic scientific and technological achievements." During the Spring Festival holiday, Yushu Technology, which appeared on CCTV Spring Festival Gala with a humanoid robot, attracted widespread attention. The "evolution" of robots is supported by computing power.
On the same day, the Hangzhou Artificial Intelligence Computing Center Project (Phase III, Phase II) participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. The project plans to invest a total of about 200 million yuan and plans to build a 90P computing power center. After the expansion in 2024, the total computing power of the Hangzhou Artificial Intelligence Computing Center has reached 240P, which can provide inclusive computing power for small and medium-sized enterprises. In the future, it is planned to introduce AI chips with GPGPU architecture to create the country's first domestically produced intelligent computing center compatible with the CUDA ecosystem, helping to form an AI ecological cluster with Binjiang as the fulcrum.

to industrial projects, Binjiang will also start a number of livelihood projects in the first quarter, such as the Changer Neighborhood Center project. The main construction content of the project includes functional rooms and community supporting rooms such as the elderly service center, community canteen, rehabilitation center for the disabled, and children's growth station for the neighborhood center, to meet the full life cycle needs of residents in the relocation housing such as Changer Jingting.
It is understood that in 2024, the total fixed asset investment (including cooperative parks) of the High-tech Zone (Binjiang) will exceed 40 billion yuan for the first time, reaching 41.48 billion yuan, an increase of 5.3%, of which industrial investment will increase by 28.9% and high-tech industry investment will increase by 57%, which will strongly support the realization of a GDP of 288.78 billion yuan in the whole district, a year-on-year increase of 5.0%.
