The company is committed to the independent control of core technologies for national strategic basic industries, focusing on the development of high-performance materials and components, and related core process R&D, serving the 'zero magnetic' science industry chain, smart medical, semiconductor, wireless communication, radar and electronic countermeasures, automotive, aerospace, and other fields.
Currently, the production line covers 5 product directions: high-performance magnetic materials, SiC materials, high-precision mechanical processing, microwave devices, and antennas. Among them, high-performance magnetic materials include three major types of mainstream soft magnetic materials: high-performance alloys, amorphous nanocrystalline, and ferrites. The company's microwave device design, antenna design, SiC material synthesis, and forming and heat treatment technology for high-performance magnetic shielding products are at an advanced level both domestically and internationally.
The company has made important progress in core technology R&D, such as magnetic spectrum regulation, ultra-high magnetic permeability, extremely low temperature high magnetic permeability, high Q value, isotropic magnetic media, low-temperature co-firing, and super-large component forming. The developed products are widely used in new energy vehicles, server power systems, wireless communication, and intelligent medical and other emerging fields.
